We know you're eager to step up your presence. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a secondary notification containing your tracking details.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal handling fee of ₹50 may apply at checkout to cover secure courier collection services.

How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us with a tracking link. You can use this link to check the status of your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier portal.
Damaged or Missing Packages
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery from the courier agent. Take a photo of the package and reach out to our support team immediately at zpgqio@gmail.com with your order number so we can ship out a replacement right away.
