Our 7-Day Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return and replacement window from the date your package is delivered. If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Replacements

To qualify for a return or replacement, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The insoles must be completely unused, un-trimmed, and in the exact same condition that you received them.

  • They must be in their original packaging with all layers and inserts included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, dirt, or alterations (like being cut down to fit a shoe) cannot be accepted for health and hygiene reasons.

What qualifies for a Free Replacement or Full Refund?

We will happily issue a free replacement or a full refund if:

  1. The product arrives damaged or defective.

  2. You received the wrong item or wrong variant.

Note: To claim a refund or replacement for damaged items, you must provide a clear unboxing video or photo within 24 hours of delivery to our customer support team.

How the Refund Process Works

  1. Initiate the Request: Contact our support team at [Insert Your Support Email] with your order number and images/videos of the product.

  2. Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (available in most pin codes across India).

  3. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the item back at our warehouse, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. Payout: * Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI) within 5-7 business days.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will need to provide your bank account details or UPI ID to our support team. The refund will be processed via bank transfer once the product passes inspection.

    • Please note: For standard returns due to change of mind, a nominal return shipping fee of ₹100 may be deducted from the final refund amount.
